32 years old, died of tuberculosis at Fort Lyons Colorado, Friday, according to a message received today by Picher Oklahoma relatives. The body will arrive at Baxter Springs Kansas Sunday night at 8:15. No definite funeral arrangements have been made. The funeral will be in charge of the Todd undertaking company, Picher. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Laura Petitt and two small children. He went to Colorado about four months ago in the hopes of benefitting his health.

The funeral of James C. Petitt, 34 years old, who died at Fort Lyons, Colorado, Friday will be held from the home of his brother, Dan Petitt, 418 South Vantage Street, Picher. Wednesday afternoon at 2. The Rev. Paul Ellis, pastor of the Baptist church, will officiate and burial will be in the Mt. Hope cemetery, near Webb City Missouri, under the direction of the Todd undertaking company, Picher.
