Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm Monday. The Rev. Harry Rogers of Coffeyville Kansas, will officiate. He will be assisted by the Rev. W. F. Gilchrist of Commerce. Mr. Peck died at his home following a six month illness. Until he retired 15 years ago, Mr. Peck was active in district mining activities. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Nettie Peck of the home; two sons, Deputy Sheriff Art Peck, Commerce, and Harold Peck of Quapaw Oklahoma; two daughters, Mrs. Max Kinnamon, Joplin Missouri and Mrs. Jack Huffman of Lometa Texas, nine granchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Grover Ferguson, Riley Saffel, J. C. Jeffrey, Junior Geren, Charley Seacat and Herman Dryer. Burial will be in G.A.R. cemetery at Miami.
