38 years old, of Wilburton Kansas, died at 3 o'clock yesterday morning following a brief illness. He was an employee of the Black Eagle Mining Company. Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Lura Parsley; five children, Margaret Parsley, Junior Parsley, Howard Parsley, Jack Parsley and Betty Parsley, all at home; his mother, Mrs. Julia Parsley of Wilburton; five brothers, Claude Parsley of Chetopa Kansas, Harry Parsley of Treece Kansas, Charles Parsley of Wilburton, Mosey Parsley of Galena Kansas, and John Parsley of Picher Oklahoma, and two sisters Mrs. Nellie Gordon and Mrs. Susie Bateman, both of Duenweg Missouri. Funeral services will be conducted at the Treece Methodist church at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon. The Rev. J. R. Wilson of Cardin Oklahoma will officiate. Burial will be at Carterville Missouri under direction of the Todd undertaking company, Picher.
