54 years old, died yesterday afternoon at 4 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ralph Mallett, 618 Cherokee Street, Picher Oklahoma. Death resulted after a lingering illness with tuberculosis. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ralph Mallett and Mrs. Ivan Foster, both of Picher. The funeral was held from the Clark undertaking parlor at Baxter Springs Kansas this afternoon at 2:30. Burial was in the Fairview cemetery. Mr. Osgood formerly resided at Joplin Missouri.
