He had been a resident of Ottawa county Oklahoma for most of his life and had lived in Commerce the past 28 years, moving there from the Picher-Cardin Oklahoma area. Osburn had been employed by the Ore Reclamation Company, Picher, for the past 27 years. He was a World War II veteran and a member of the First Christian church of Commerce. He is survived by one son, Richard Osburn of Richmond Indiana; three daughters, Mrs. Mavis Wood, Commerce; Mrs. Kay Wright of North Miami Oklahoma and Mrs. Jeanie Botts of Miami; one brother, Tom Osburn of Lodi California; one sister, Mrs. Hazel Haight, Yuba City California; and eight grandchildren...Pallbearers will be Delbert Holt, Jimmy Holt, Fred Sweet, Ted Wood, Wilfred Morin and Clarence Brady.
