Funeral services for Samuel Nading, 46 years old, well known miner of the Picher Oklahoma district, who died Saturday at a hospital in Kansas City, were held at the chapel of the Green undertaking company at 11 o'clock yesterday morning. The Rev. D. W. Brashear, pastor of the First Methodist church, officiated. Burial was at Welch Oklahoma. Mr. Nading had been employed as ground foreman by various mining companies of the Picher district for several years. He went to Kansas City about six weeks ago to secure special medical treatment. He is survived by one daughter, three sons and a number of other relatives.
