53 years old, died from tuberculosis at his home on South Netta Street, Picher Oklahoma at 1 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. He was employed by the Golden Rod Mining and Smelting corporation for several years. Myers is survived by his wife, and seven sons and daughters: Mrs. Lena DeLong, Mrs. Georgia Crawford and Mrs. Gertrude Sparks, all of Liberal Missouri, Mrs. Irene Hamilton, New York, Dennis Myers, Kansas City and James Myers and Henry Myers of Picher. The Todd undertaking company at Picher has charge of arrangements, which are being delayed pending the arrival of Mrs. Hamilton.
