age 58, Picher Oklahoma miner, died at his home at 12:30 pm Tuesday. He was a member of the Baptist church at Treece Kansas. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Glessner Morton; two daughters, Mrs. Erma Dye of Picher and Miss Margaret Morton of the home; a grandchild, Allen Dye of Picher, and two sisters, Mrs. Will Fink, Granby Missouri, and Mrs. Grace Sheldon of Kansas City Missouri. Funeral Services will be announced by the Durnil funeral home, Picher.

Funeral services will be held from the Baptist Church of Treece Kansas at 1:30 o'clock Friday. The Rev. Richard Dareing, pastor of the Baptist Church of Cardin Oklahoma, will officiate. He will be assisted by the Rev. J. H. Moudy. Burial will be in Granby Missouri cemetery, under the direction of the Durnil funeral home at Picher.
