Morris, James

39 year old Douthat Oklahoma miner, died at 1:45 a.m. Sunday at his home. He is survived by his wife, Emma Morris; a daughter, Mrs. R. E. Dixon of Siloam Springs Arkansas; four sons, James Morris, Jr., Edward Morris, Jackie Morris and Harold Gene Morris of the home; and one sister, Mrs. J. W. Friday, Etterville Missouri. Funeral arrangement will be announced by Durnil funeral home, Picher.

Funeral services for James Morris, 39, who died Sunday morning at his home in Douthat Oklahoma, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Holiness church there. The Rev. Harry Hopkins of Baxter Springs Kansas will officiate. Burial will be in the Baxter Springs cemetery under the direction of the Durnil funeral home, Picher.
