about 40 years old, well known at Joplin Missouri, died at 9 this morning at the Picher Oklahoma hospital from pneumonia. He was a ground foreman for the Eagle-Picher Company mines and lived near the Beck Mine. The body is at the parlors of the Todd undertaking company at Picher, awaiting funeral arrangements.

Funeral services for Clarence Morgan, 32 years old, who died Friday morning from pneumonia at the Picher hospital, will be conducted by Ottawa lodge No. 478, A. F. and A. M. of Picher, at the First Methodist Episcopal church, at 1 Sunday afternoon. The Rev. Guy C. Tetirick will deliver the funeral address. Burial will be in the Galena Kansas cemetery. Morgan is survived by his wife, Mrs. Anna Morgan, who resides near the Beck Mine, and three sisters, Mrs. Gladys Jones and Miss Lorine Morgan, both of Portland Oregon, and Mrs. Martha Betts of Bowling Green Missouri. He was ground foreman at Eagle- Picher Mine No. 11.
