Again a woman has demonstrated her ability to fill a man's position. Mrs. Marie Moore is night watchman for the Mi-Homa Mine and one on an adjoining lease, drawing down the substantial salary of eight dollars per month. Mrs. Moore has capably filled this position since last December and in addition to her duties as watchman finds ample time to care for her husband and two borders, to say nothing of "Schlitz," a bloodhound puppy, who noses around while his mistress is on duty, investigating nooks and corners for would be marauders.
