39 years old, died at 6:30 last night at his home, eight miles east of Miami. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ella Moore; two daughter, Catherine Moore and Nellie Lou Moore of the home; two sons, Charles LeRoy Moore and , also of the home; one sister Mrs. Lucy Taylor of El Reno. Funeral services were held at 3 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the home. Burial was in the Ottawa Oklahoma cemetery under the direction of the Cooper undertaking company, Miami. The Rev. James O. Michael officiated.

Funeral services were held...Moore had been in poor health for several years, but death was due to double pneumonia. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ellen Moore and four small children, the youngest one four days old, and a host of other relatives. He was 39 years old, an ex-miner and had lived in this community practically all his life, and the esteem of their many friends was shown by large attendance at the funeral.
