of Commerce Oklahoma, was stricken with apoplexy shortly before noon today while working at the Rialto Mine. He was taken to the Miami Baptist hospital in the Todd ambulance. His condition was reported as being serious.

Jack Moll, ground foreman of the Rialto Mine at Picher Oklahoma, who suffered a stroke of apoplexy while at work Saturday forenoon, and who was brought to the Miami Baptist hospital for treatment, died Jan 6, 1924, age 45, at 6 o'clock Saturday evening. His body was taken to Commerce, where it was prepared for burial by the Mitchelson undertaking company. He is survived by his wife, and son, Ralph Moll, 23 years old. Arrangements for the funeral have not been completed.
