43, a resident of Picher Oklahoma, succumbed, Friday at the Talihina tuberculosis sanitarium. He had been in ill health for some time. He is survived by his wife, Mary Minton. His body will be received by the Durnil funeral home, Picher. Burial arrangements are incomplete.

Funeral services for Albert Allen Minton, 43 years old, a resident of Picher who died at the Talihina sanitarium last Friday, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Durnil funeral home chapel, Picher. The Rev. Frank Wood will officiate. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mary Minton, and a stepson, Frankie Parnell of Cardin. Burial will be in G.A.R. cemetery, Miami.
