Malcomb, Ray

40 year old Picher miner and member of the Blue Card union, allegedly involved in the Apr 11 disturbance at Picher Oklahoma, submitted himself to county officers and was release on $1,000 bond Friday night. Undersheriff Milt McCullough said Saturday. Malcomb was arraigned on a riot charge. Bond was furnished by R. A. Douthitt and N. A. Keithley. Three other Blue Carders, Roscoe Gaither, Harold Peck and Bert Craig have been arrested in connection with the Picher affray. All have been released on bond.
