Long, John Frederick

82 year old retired miner and resident of the Tri-state district for the last 30 years, died at his home at Hockerville Oklahoma at 4:30 pm today. A member of the Christian church, Long is survived by four sons, Clarence Long, Coy Long and Curtis Long, all of Hockerville, and Elwood Long of Talmadge Ohio; two daughters, Miss Hazel Long of the home and Mrs. George Jones of Hockerville; a brother, George Long, and a sister, Mrs. Jennie Johnson, both of North Carolina, and five grandchildren. Arrangements for services and burial will be announced by the Roberson-Hunter funeral home of Picher.
