Funeral services for Paul Lewis, 49 years old, who died yesterday morning at his home in Douthat Oklahoma will be conducted at the Douthat Baptist church at 2 Wednesday afternoon. The Rev. Henry Molz of Douthat will officiate. The Picher IOOF lodge will have charge of the service at the grave. Burial will be in Greenlawn cemetery, northwest of Picher and Treece Kansas, under direction of the Todd undertaking company at Picher. No surviving relatives live in Douthat. Lewis is survived by a brother and several sisters whose names and addresses are not known here. He had not heard from them for a number of years.
