45 year old miner of Commerce Oklahoma, died Friday, at Shawnee Oklahoma He is survived by five daughters, Misses Esteline Kist and Corena Kist of Commerce, and Misses Clenith June Kist, Mary Elouise Kist and Matilda Kist, all of Baxter Springs Kansas; three sons, Charles F. Kist, Lewis E. Kist and Roland J. Kist of Baxter Springs; two half-brothers, Jake Robinson and Jim Robinson, and one sister, Mrs. Julia Conner, all of Baxter Springs. Funeral services were held at the home of W. J. Conner, southeast of Quapaw Oklahoma, by the Rev. Mrs. Westine Shufelt of Council House, Sunday afternoon at 1 o'clock. Burial was in the Modoc cemetery, east of Miami, under the direction of the Durnil funeral home of Picher Oklahoma.
