night watchman at the Central Lead and Zinc Company's plant at Tar River Oklahoma, was attacked by a drunk man Saturday night, and was cut in the head. Kimball shot his assailant in the left leg. The man, who is too drunk to tell his name, was also cut in the left elbow. His wounds are not serious. Kimball was held at the jail.
