While stepping from a Southwest Missouri electric car at 7:30 o'clock, Frank Kenney [two different spellings], a hard rock lead and zinc miner fell on the ice-covered ground and sustained critical internal injuries at Danley's station near Hockerville Oklahoma. Kenney was in the habit of going past the house of his brother T. Kenney, near there, as the brothers worked at the same mine. His brother and family witnessed the accident. The car crew brought Kenney to the southwest terminal station at Picher Oklahoma, where the ambulance of the Todd undertaking company of Picher, took him to the Picher hospital. Kenney is 23 years old and lives in Galena Kansas, where he has a wife and one child.
