78, of 208 East Central avenue, Miami, died in Miami Baptist hospital at 8:35 pm Saturday. Mr. Kelley had been a hospital patient since October. He came to this area when it was still Indian Territory. He worked for several years in the mining field and was later employed as custodian at Security Bank and Trust Company until illness forced his retirement. Survivors are two sons, James Kelley, rural Miami, and Thomas W. Kelley, Denver Colorado; six daughters, Mrs. Victor Schaefer, Mount Vernon Washington; Mrs. W. G. Schubert, Burlington Washington; Mrs. Lester Martin, Diamond Missouri, and Mrs. Francis Childree, Mrs. Marvin Copeland and Mrs. Charley Gray, all of Macon Georgia; four brothers, Earl Kelley, rural Miami; Don Kelley of Missouri; William Kelley, Commerce, and Frank Kelley of California, and two sisters, Mrs. Bell Austin, Commerce, and Mrs. Lela Williamson of California. Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Cooper funeral home here.
