38 years old, died about 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon at his home on South Emily Street, Picher Oklahoma. Mr. Jones is survived by his widow, Mrs. Elizabeth Jones; one son, Walter Jones, 13 years old; his step-mother, Mrs. Flora Johnson of Wichita Kansas, two brothers, G. E. Jones of Commerce Oklahoma and Walter Jones of Fort Lyons Colorado; three sisters, Mrs. Ethel Hanny of Illinois, Mrs. Electa Silar and Mrs. Rose Price of Joplin Missouri, and one stepbrother, Clarence Johnson of Anderson Missouri. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. The body is at the morgue of the Todd undertaking company.

Funeral services for Charles E. Jones, 38 years old, who died Thursday at his home on South Emily Street, will be held at the Central Methodist church at 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon. The Rev. J. L. Brown will officiate. Burial will be in the Miami cemetery under direction of the Todd undertaking company. Mr. Jones was a well known miner of the Picher district. He was last employed as ground foreman at the Southern Mine. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Jones, one son, Walter Jones, 13 years old; his stepmother, Mrs. Flora Johnson of Wichita Kansas, two brothers, G. E. Jones of Commerce and Walter Jones of Fort Lyons Colorado; three sisters, Mrs. Ethel Haenny of Illinois, Mrs. Electa Silar and Mrs. Rose Price of Joplin Missouri; one stepbrother, Clarence Johnson of Anderson Missouri, and one stepdaughter, Mrs. Blanche Wilbur of Picher.
