Henry Clinton Johnson, 42 years old, a hard rock lead and zinc miner, died at his home, 900 East Walnut Street, Columbus Kansas, at 5:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Gertie Johnson; three sons, Eugene Johnson, Clinton Johnson, Jr., and Carl Johnson, and a daughter, Dona Johnson, all at home; mother, Mrs. Frankie Johnson, North Gladys Street, Picher; two brothers, Elbert Johnson, Baxter Springs Kansas, and Carl Johnson of California; three sisters, Mrs. Alice Ballard, Minnekah Oklahoma; Mrs. Hazel Harris, Picher; Mrs. Willie Bennett, Picher, and Mrs. Helen Sigle, Picher. Funeral services will be held at the Pentecostal church at Treece Kansas, at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon, the Rev. Arthur Shawgo officiating. Burial will be made in the G.A.R. cemetery at Miami with the Durnil funeral home in charge.
