37 year old Baxter Springs Kansas man, died in the Miami Baptist Hospital at 11:15 pm, Friday of injuries received in a two-car collision on U. S. 69 highway one mile north of Picher Oklahoma about a mile north in Kansas. L. E. Thornton of Picher, also hurt in the mishap, suffered severe head lacerations and possible rib fractures. His condition was reported favorable. Ingle was a hoisterman for the Eagle-Picher Mining and Smelting Company for the last 15 years. He had lived in the Tri-State district for more than 28 years and is survived by a son, Jack Bobby' Ingle of Baxter Springs Kansas; his parents Mr. and Mr. Elmer Ingle, 160 North Frisco Street, Picher; and a brother Sherman Ingle of Monoravia California. Buried Lowell Kansas cemetery. Pallbearers were Fred Ewer, Adolph Sidberry, Henry LaTurner, Moze Albertson, Frank Condon and Robert Kelly.
