68 year old former Tri-State district miner, died at his home in Imperial California, Sunday night after an illness of about two months. Hulsey was a resident of Commerce Oklahoma from 1918 until he moved to California five years ago. He was employed for many years by the old Commerce Mining and Royalty Company and the Eagle-Picher Company. Survivors include five sons, Barney Hulsey, El Centro California, Herschall Hulsey and Clyde Hulsey, both of Imperial, Charles Hulsey, Holtville California, and Harold Hulsey of Commerce; four daughters, Mrs. Helen Thompson, Commerce, Mrs. Anna May Farley, Burbank California, Mrs. Shirley Hudson, Los Angeles California, and Mrs. Betty Ellison of Imperial; 28 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted in Imperial Wednesday. Burial will be in a cemetery there.
