Howard, Homer

died Feb 6, 1942, age 41, at 5:30 this morning at Picher hospital, Picher Oklahoma. Mr. Howard had lived in Picher about 20 years and worked in the mines there. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Mabel Kennedy of Joplin Missouri, and Mrs. Lizzie Hodge of Depew Oklahoma. The body is at the Durnil funeral home. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.

Funeral services for Homer Howard will be held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Durnil chapel, Picher. The Rev. W. A. Evans will officiate. Burial Feb 9, 1942, will be in Ozark Memorial cemetery in Joplin, under the direction of the Durnil funeral home.
