Howard, Elmer

A Ford V-8 sedan belonging to Elmer Howard of Picher Oklahoma, a watchman at the Crane hard rock lead and zinc Mine near Picher, was found burned near Quapaw Oklahoma early today. The car was taken from Howard's garage after midnight last night. The parking light had been removed from the machine.
