Abstract Data

54 years old, died at his home near the Texas Mine, east of Picher Oklahoma, yesterday afternoon at 4:30 from a seventeen months' illness with tuberculosis. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nellie Olive Hopper; four children, Mrs. Ernest Gailey, of Commerce Oklahoma, and Lorene Hopper, Clarence Hopper and William Hopper at home; his father, E. R. Hopper of Humansville Missouri, and a brother and sister, Mrs. Fannie Adler and Edward Hopper, also of Humansville. He was a member of the Picher IOOF lodge, having been an Odd Fellow the past twenty-eight years. He was a past noble grand.
