who has been suffering from hemorrhage of the lungs, was removed from the Shannon Hotel and taken to the Picher hospital, Picher Oklahoma, hospital annex Thursday. His mother, Mrs. Maude Wingfield, and brother, John Hood of Tulsa Oklahoma, arrived Thursday.

Funeral services for LeRoy Hood, 32 years old, who died at the Picher hospital at 9:30 Monday night from tuberculosis, were held from the chapel of the Todd undertaking company at 10 this morning with the Rev. R. C. Cantrell, pastor of the Central Methodist Episcopal church, South, officiating. Burial was at Sarcoxie Missouri. Hood was for several years an employee of the Eagle-Picher Company mines. He made his residence at the Shannon Hotel, Second and Picher Streets, Picher. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Maude Wingfield, Tulsa Oklahoma; one sister, Mrs. Margaret Saylor, Tulsa, and two brothers, Harry Hood, Windle Idaho and Charles Hood, Tulsa.
