66 years old, 206 South Vantage Street, Picher Oklahoma, was found dead at 7 this morning at the Consolidated Mine and Mill Supply Company, across the state line on North Connell avenue, Picher, where he was employed as night watchman. Mr. Hoffman's body was found near the front door of the establishment. A clock which was to be punched every hour indicated he had last punched it at 5:30 am and gave rise to the belief that he was stricken as he was walking away from the clock. Death was attributed to heart disease. He had been subject to occasional heart attacks, it was said. Mr. Hoffman is survived by two sons, Dr. Ralph Hoffman of San Francisco and William Hoffman, Jr. of Tucson Arizona; one daughter; Mrs. Betty Leroy of Pasadena California; six sisters, Mrs. E. H. Bartlett of Picher. Mrs. Harry Spealman of Mount Carroll Illinois, Mrs. C. Geldmuchn of South Dakota, Mrs. Sarah Mayhood of Chicago, Mrs. C. F. Dessimer of Los Angeles and Mrs. Elizabeth Fahler of Illinois, and one brother, the Rev. S. A. Hoffman of Twin Falls Idaho. Funeral services will be held at 2 Wednesday afternoon by the Rev. D. W. Brashear at the home of Mrs. Bartlett, 212 North Connell avenue, Picher. Burial will be at Lanark Illinois, under direction of the Green undertaking company.

Funeral rites for William Hoffman, 66 years old, 206 South Vantage Street, who was found dead yesterday morning at the Consolidated Mine and Mill Supply, North Connell avenue, where he was employed as night watchman, were conducted at the home of a sister, Mrs. E. H. Bartlett, 212 North Connell avenue, at 1 this afternoon. The Rev. D. W. Brashear, pastor of the First Methodist church officiated. The body was sent to Lanark Illinois, for burial. The funeral was under direction of the Green undertaking company.
