Hill, Bob

of Picher Oklahoma, who authorities say was implicated in a riot at Picher Oklahoma two weeks ago, was being held in jail at Webb City Missouri today and refused to waive extradition when county officers went there last night to return him to this county. Hill was arrested by Webb City authorities at the request of Ottawa county Oklahoma, officers. Hill, assistant county attorney, N. C. Barry said today, would be extradited if he failed to return voluntarily.
