All ex-service men are requested to meet at Green undertaking company at 10 o'clock this morning to attend funeral of Lee Hess 2 o'clock this afternoon at Central Methodist church.

Military rites for Lee Hess, 35 years old, World War hero, who died Wednesday at his home, 404 South Main Street, Picher Oklahoma will be conducted by the Picher American Legion post at the Central Methodist church at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon. Members of the Picher post will meet at Legion hall at 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon to attend the funeral in a body. The Rev. J. L. Brown, will deliver the funeral sermon. Burial will be at Carterville Missouri, former home of M. Hess. The funeral will be under the direction of the Green undertaking company.
