37 years old, better known as Red' Helton, died at his home South Picher Street, Picher Oklahoma, early this morning from tuberculosis. He was ill only one week and death was unexpected. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ella Helton, and three children, Mrs. Edith McCoy, South Netta Street, Picher, and two young sons, Sterling Helton and Merrill Helton, at home. He is also survived by his father, A. J. Helton, who made his home with the son, and three brothers, John Helton, of Caldwell Kansas; James Helton of Springfield Missouri, and William Helton, of Tiger Missouri. The body is at the Green undertaking parlors. The completion of funeral arrangements awaits the arrival of relatives.
