48 years old, died at his home, 209 East Second Street, Picher Oklahoma this afternoon. He had been a resident of Picher for 15 years, being employed by the Evans-Wallower Mining Company for 13 years. He is survived by his wife, Minnie Hawkins; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Alfia Warden of Saginaw Missouri and Mrs. Inez Mynar of Chickasha Oklahoma; three stepsons, Elbert Rowe, Willie Rowe and Lloyd Rowe, of Picher, and his father, Tom Hawkins, of Nevada Missouri. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. The Todd undertaking company is in charge.

The funeral will be held at the Central Methodist church at 9:30 o'clock this morning. The Pastor, the Rev. C. Hoole, will officiate. Pallbearers will be Oscar Myberg, Dan Woods, Bryan Capps, Pete Holcombe, Claude Carroll and Ivan Fisher. The body will be taken to Osa Missouri for burial, where final services will be held this afternoon. The funeral will be under direction of the Todd undertaking company.
