Harter, Charles O.

who lived on Frisco Street, Picher Oklahoma, from January until recently, died Jul 12, 1923, age 48, at Wichita Kansas, from the effects of a heat stroke, according to word received by Mrs. J. A. Surroll, 506 Vantage Street, Picher. Harter and step-son, Joe Foster, and J. A. Surroll, left Picher Jul 7, in a motor car bound for the harvest fields. Mrs. Ida Harter left Picher on the same day to visit relatives in Byerburg Tennessee.
