27 years old, 453 South Emily Street, Picher Oklahoma, died at 4:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon at Miami Baptist hospital. Death was due to a complication of ailments and resulted from an illness of almost two years. Mr. Harris was employed in the mines for some time. Besides his wife, Mrs. Thania Louise Harris, he is survived by a 2 year old daughter, June Lea Harris; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. D. Harris, 452 South Ella Street, Picher, and two brothers, Roy K. Harris and Alvin Temple Harris, at home. Funeral services will be held at the Baptist church at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. The Rev. Paul Ellis of Webb City Missouri, and the Rev. Billie Bain, pastor of the Baptist church, will officiate. Active pallbearers will be members of the Moose lodge. Honorary pallbearers will be Roy Hill, Roy McGhee, Cecil McIrvin, Andrew Long, Frank Smith, and Rolla Wommack. Burial will be in the Baxter Springs Kansas cemetery under the direction of the Green undertaking company.
