Hand, Mose

Funeral services for Mose Hand, 79 year old retired hard rock lead and zinc miner who died at his home, 606 F Street southeast, Miami, at 11:45 p.m. Monday, will be conducted at the Second Baptist church in Miami at 2 p.m. Thursday. The Rev. Harley Niday will officiate. Burial will be in the Ottawa cemetery, east of Miami. A resident of the Tri-State district since 1916, Hand lived in Picher Oklahoma until he moved to Miami 10 years ago. Survivors include a daughter, Miss Goldie Hand of Kansas City Missouri, and a brother James Hand of Miami.
