Afton "Tenderfoot" Mining Company Has Good "Shines." E. P. Hamacher, W. E. Polson, Elmer Collins and A. H. Dawson, members of the Tenderfoot Mining Company, which was recently organized at Afton Oklahoma, consisting of about twenty men, were in town Tuesday looking after their interests, having visited the drill on their lease which is now going down in the third hole. The first hole was put down 250 feet, the second 235 feet and this the third hole is now down 135 feet at which depth good cuttings were found, the real value of which has not been fully determined at this writing. The lease is northwest of Afton near the McConnell-Barnes strikes. Ed Lee of this place is also interested.
