53, former Picher Oklahoma resident, died at 10 a.m. Monday in Kern General hospital in Bakersfield California, after a lengthy illness. Green lived in Picher for a number of years and worked in the mines during his residence. Survivors include two sons, Billy Green and Charles Green, of the home in Bakersfield; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Everett Green, Cardin Oklahoma; two brothers, Steve Green, Cardin, and Jack Green, Picher, and three sisters, Mrs. Edmund Yankowski and Mrs. Cecil Howard, both of Cardin, and Mrs. George Downs, San Pablo California The parents and an aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Kertz, of Picher, have gone to Bakersfield for the funeral services. The exact time of the services was not immediately known.
