Each of the five victims of a shooting Monday night are showing improvement according to the attending physician. George Frizell, a miner employed at the Blue Bonnet Mine is injured the worst, some No. 4 shot struck him in the right side and abdomen. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Bowman are not considered to be dangerously shot, the former having been shot in the right arm and the latter in the left ankle. Henry Ivey, 15 years old, who was shot in the left ankle, and Clarence Vaughan, 11 years old, shot in the right foot, were able to be on the Streets today. Mr. and Mrs. John Brook, held for the shooting, were arraigned before Thurman Walker, justice of the peace and pled not guilty. After being privileged to leave town, it is alleged they refused the offer and said they would defend their rights in the district court preferable.
