a miner, 49 years old, died at 11:55 Monday night at the Shannon Hotel, following a lingering illness from tuberculosis. He is survived by three daughters and two sons: Mrs. Faye Fox, Hettie Foskett and Gladys Foskett, Floyd Foskett and Charles Foskett who reside at 310 West Tenth Street, Joplin Missouri. The Hocker undertaking company took the body to Joplin, where funeral services were conducted at 2:30 this afternoon in the chapel of the Frank Sievers undertaking company. The Rev. W. G. Beasley, pastor of the First Methodist Episcopal church, South, officiated. Burial was in Fairview cemetery.
