Fiske, Oscar "Blackie"

was bound over to the district court on a charge of having assaulted Marlin Wallace with a dangerous weapon recently. The hearing was held Thursday. Fishe was an employee at the S. S. & G. Mine. Fiske shot Wallace in the arm in an altercation which stared at 330 Netta Street, Picher Oklahoma. He was committed to jail, upon failure to give bond.
