retired hard rock lead and zinc mining man, died Feb 21, 1943, age 59, at 7:30 o'clock Sunday morning at his home, 124 A Street SE, Miami. Fisher, who had been farming since his retirement, lived here for the past 27 years and was a member of the Masonic lodge. He died unexpectedly. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. W. E. Fisher; his father, H. C. Fisher, Miami, a brother, A. U. Fisher, Miami, and two sisters, Mrs. Leona Shears, Miami and Mrs. Floyd Hanna, Laddonia Missouri. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Cooper chapel. The Rev. Tommy Wilks and the Rev. H. E. Kirkpatrick will officiate. Masons will be pallbearers and will conduct Masonic rites at the grave. Burial Feb 23, 1943, in the G.A.R. cemetery at Miami.
