Farris, Everett

retired hard rock lead and zinc miner, died Mar 19, 1956, age 67, at 9 o'clock this morning, at the Miami Baptist hospital where he had been a patient for nine days. Farris residing at 608 North Picher Street, Picher Oklahoma, had lived here for almost 40 years. He was a member of the Baptist church. Survivors include his wife, Maude Farris, of the home; a son, Cecil Farris of Miami; a sister, Mrs. Cindy Thompkins, Carpentersville Illinois, and two brothers, Tom Farris, Murphysboro Illinois, and Joe Farris of Niles Michigan. Funeral services will be announced by the Thomas funeral home.
