died May 4, 1938, age 39, at 3 am today at his home, 13 miles northeast of Miami. A hard rock lead and zinc miner, he was employed by the Rialto Mining Company for about 10 years. He had lived near Miami all his life. Surviving are his wife, Bessie Fanning; three daughters, Clover Fanning, Roberta Fanning and Madaline Fanning, all of the home; his mother, Mrs. Nora Tolar of Peoria Oklahoma; three brothers, Charley Fanning, Orville Fanning and Walter Fanning, all of Peoria; and three sisters, Mrs. Grace Bland of Wallace, Idaho, Mrs. Goldie Mycls [?] of Galena Kansas, and Mrs. Verla Slanker of Bartlesville Oklahoma. Funeral arrangements are incomplete. The Lane funeral home is in charge.
