familiarly known as "Blondie," died Sep 19, 1925, age 38, of tuberculosis at a government hospital at Fort Bayard New Mexico, yesterday, according to word received by his wife, Mrs. Rita Fancher, South Vantage Street, Picher Oklahoma, two stepdaughters, Mrs. Itea Bilyue and Mrs. Pauline Foster, of Picher; two brothers, John Fancher, of California, and Ivey Fancher, residing in Kansas, and one sister, Mrs. Ollie Belk of St. Louis Missouri. He went to New Mexico about one year ago in hopes of regaining his health. He was a well known miner of the Picher district, having been last employed by the Golden Rod Mine. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
