of Cardin Oklahoma, employed as a jig man at the Eagle-Picher Mining and Smelting Company's Central Mill, died Aug 25, 1937, age 45, shortly before 1 pm today. The cause of his death was not immediately determined. Fahrman collapsed at the mill about 12:45 pm fellow workmen said. They did not believe his death came as the result of a heat ailment because temperatures were not especially high. The jig man was rushed to Picher hospital in a Todd ambulance. Dr. Matt Connell pronounced the victim dead when the ambulance driver arrived with the body. Surviving relatives were not immediately available. Funeral arrangements were incomplete. The Todd undertaking company is in charge.

Funeral service for John Fahrman, will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon in the Cardin Baptist church. The Rev. R. M. Dareing, pastor, will officiate and burial Aug 28, 1937, will be made in the Webb City Missouri cemetery. The Todd undertaking company in charge.
