Word was received Friday morning of the death of Frank Everley, formerly of Cardin Oklahoma, who left several months ago for Colorado for the benefit of his health. The body will be brought to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Chenault for burial. He is survived by his 8 year old son, James Everley.

Frank Everley, 53 years old, died Sep 13, 1928, at Denver Colorado, where he had spent but a short period for the benefit of his health. Cardin had been his home for the past 12 years. The last he spent at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Chenault, 320 North Cherry Street in Commerce Oklahoma. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. at the Cardin First Baptist church. He leaves one son, James Everley, 9 years old and a niece, Mrs. Gladys McCulloch of Wichita Kansas He was a member of the I. O. O. F. of Cardin, which had charge of the funeral.
