Ervin, Hart

67 years old, a retired hard rock lead and zinc miner, died at his Commerce Oklahoma home after a long illness Thursday afternoon. He had resided on North Walnut Street. Surviving are his wife, Grace Ervin; three sons, Lee Ervin of Albany New York, Marvin Ervin of Los Angeles and Glenn Ervin of Gould Oklahoma, and three daughters, Katherine Batts of Kansas City, Mrs. Bessie Allen of Leachville Arkansas, and Emma Young, also of Kansas City. Funeral arrangements were incomplete, pending arrival of relatives. The Mitchelson funeral home, Commerce, is in charge.
