Elder, Fred Franklin

37 years old, died yesterday afternoon at his home in Douthat Oklahoma after a several months' illness. He is survived by his wife, four children, his mother and one brother. Funeral services will be held at the family home at 10 o'clock Saturday morning. The Rev. Mrs. Lou Love of Galena Kansas will officiate and burial will be in Hillcrest cemetery at Galena under the direction of the Green undertaking company.

Funeral services for Fred Elder, who died at 7 o'clock Thursday afternoon, will be held from the home Sunday afternoon. Mr. Elder, whose death followed a long illness, had resided in North Century Oklahoma for about 12 years, coming there from Galena. Besides his wife, Mrs. Nona Elder and four children, he is survived by his mother, Mrs. Anna Elder and a brother, Chris Elder, all residing in North Century.
